Yes. All tools, PDF export, and interaction checks are free right now. We may introduce a paid tier again in the future for higher daily limits, but nothing on the site is gated today.
Nothing leaves your browser except the API call to generate your results. Medication history is stored only in your browser's localStorage — it's never sent to our servers because we don't have any. Clearing your browser data will clear your history.
